📦 Shipping & Age Verification
Is the 19+ signature requirement mandatory?
Yes. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. As per our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, all sales are final.
🚨 If you are underage, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. If you fail the age verification upon delivery:
- You will not receive your order.
- You will not be eligible for a refund.
- You cannot dispute the charge or perform a chargeback.
Our payment processor supports our policy and successfully contests all chargebacks initiated by underage purchases.
The legal age in my province is 18. Will you still require 19+ verification?
No. Our system automatically adjusts the required age based on the province of delivery. If your province has an 18+ age requirement, the signature verification will be adjusted accordingly.
Do I need to be home when my order is delivered to sign for it?
No. If you are unavailable, Canada Post will leave a pickup notice so you can collect your package at the nearest post office.
🛒 Order Modifications & Processing
Can I modify my order after placing it?
- If your order has not yet shipped, use our contact form to request a modification or cancellation.
- If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please check the order processing delay notice on the top left of our website. While we aim for same-day shipping, delays may occur during high-volume periods (sales, holidays).
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
There are two possible reasons:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Your payment was likely declined. A pop-up notification should have appeared at checkout. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, disable it and try again.
📬 Delivery Issues
Canada Post marked my package as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
This is a common issue. Please wait 24 hours, as Canada Post sometimes marks a package as delivered before actual arrival. If you still haven’t received it, contact us with your order number, and we’ll open a ticket with Canada Post.
Canada Post delayed my delivery. Can I get a refund on shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not request refunds from Canada Post for delayed shipping. Due to the high volume of shipments, tracking and processing these requests would be too time-consuming.
